ROAD TRIP TO BUTLER FRACKING SITE
Dec. 19th Organized by Our Water, Our Rights    INVITATION: Join us (OWOAOR) on a road trip to frackland on Saturday Dec. 19th. We will travel by car-pool to the New Castle/Butler area to view active drilling sites and meet with local folks there who have been affected by drilling and are actively fighting to bring an end to this environmental health disaster. We will meet near Peach and I-90 at 7 am and return around 7 pm, and share expenses. We have 8 people going now, and hope to see 3-4 more join the group. NEW YEAR'S EVE COMMUNITY BOARD GAME NIGHT (Community United Church, 1011 West 38th Street, Erie PA) 10:30 pm. Game Night is special this month - it’s our New Year’s Eve Party! It starts at a special time, 10:30 pm. Cost is just a $5 donation at the door. For the occasion, we provide the party hats, the noise makers and there is even a midnight toast to welcome in the New Year (we use sparkling juice). We also provide the games and the snacks. It’s all at Community United Church, 1011 West 38th Street. We are proudly nonalcoholic and smoke free for New Years Eve.
