AmeriMasala presents "The Gathering". ...

This Saturday, December 10 at 7:30 at the Unitarian Universalist Church at 7180 Perry Highway. Free and open to the public.

Food for the ears by West African griot and master Tasana Camara, One of Erie's musical masters, Frank Singer. The Sudanese and Refugee Singers.
Food for the soul by Erie's best poets including Veronica Hopkins, Jerome Williams, Marchawn Lyons Bigg Wash and others.
Food for the mind by Corbin Fowler Jr fresh from the Standing Rock Protest. Rabbi Emily Ilana Losben and New American advocate Veronica Crowe Rexford and others.
"The Gathering" is a call for all of us who is concerned about the darkness that has been presented to us over the last several weeks. This is an opportunity for individuals, groups and organizations that is willing stand for social justice to network among ourselves so that we develop plans and strategies to bring light.
