Jul 1 - Families Demonstration for Immigrant Children Perry Square, Erie PA " We will peacefully gather on Sunday, JULY 1st, on the west lawn of Perry Square to stand in solidarity with one another. Come any time between 1-3pm... The Executive Order hasn’t reunited enough families or begun end detention. Join us speaking out against this atrocity. This isn’t about political party, it’s about stopping human rights violations."

Jul 11 - Rust Belt New Americans - Film Premiere Jefferson Educational Society, 3207 State, Erie PA  6PM "Rust Belt New Americans is a film by MenajErie Studio, based on a photo exhibition by Maitham Basha-Agha. Jul 16 - Erie Rejects Betsy DeVos Response to Betsy DeVos visit to Erie. At this writing the plan is as follows: " We will gather for a speak out of students, teachers and community members at 1PM at Pfeiffer-Burleigh, and will culminate with a rally at 2:30-3:30, when Secretary DeVos is scheduled to arrive."  Be sure click on the event page for any updates or changes.
