Charlie Dieterich Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Erie, 7180 Perry Hwy 10:30am  "From Non-Violence to the March on Washington, Martin Luther King Jr. was inspired by a gay Quaker who was either invisible or hated by white society. Rustin was organizer, activist and philosopher from the margins".

Jan 21 - Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon “Celebrating A Life of Service” is the theme for the Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. luncheon to be held on Monday, Jan. 21. The event sponsored by the Northern Chautauqua County Juneteenth Celebration Committee and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon Committee will be held at the Clarion Hotel, 30 Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk NY.
