Mar 18 - Vigil for Erie's Community College  7pm "Join Erie Benedictines for Peace, the Erie Branch of the NAACP, Erie County United, Erie Stands Up, Inter-Church Ministries and the African American Concerned Clergy for a candlelight vigil in support of our own Community College.  Erie High School 3325 Cherry St., Erie, PA  site of the meeting of the Board of Education on Thursday, March 19 The entire community is welcome to come show support for our own Community College."

Mar 26-29 Playshop Theatre: "Sweat"  By Lynn Nottage  Allegheny College, Gladys Mullenix Theatre, Meadville PA.   Pulitzer-winning drama. "Sweat...is about a close-knit group of steel workers who find themselves forced out of the steel factory where many of them have worked for over twenty-five years. Sweat examines how their economic hardships dangerously rupture their friendships along racial lines, destroying their community in the process."  ~ Playwright's commentary

Jun 15 - 20 - Walking in Black History Trip 2020 "Departing from Erie to civic and historical sights in Tuskegee, Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham, Alabama and additional stops on the return trip. Current intent is to join up with the Poor People's Campaign March on Washington on Saturday, June 20th."

League of Women Voters Erie County Centennial Calendar Events for March (Discussions, performances, art, books and other events. Calendar also carries throughout this centennial of woman suffrage.

Erie County Historical Society "The Suffragette Exhibit is in the Ballroom on the Third Floor of the Watson-Curtze Mansion.  It will remain open until August 2020."
Making Women's History in Southwestern New York State "This site celebrates the lives of influential women from Southwestern New York State, as well as regional sites and events that have contributed to U.S. women’s history."
