DINOSAURS     
At the November 18 Erie City Council meeting, Councilwoman Liz Allen brought up concerns about process (1:24:00) Councilman Ed Brzezinski later responded to Allen by calling her a "nut" and a "broad." (2:14:06).  Several organizations and individuals wrote to the Erie Times-News about the remarks.  At the December 2 meeting, several citizens addressed Brzezinski's remarks (39:20); Brzezinski apologized but quickly added, "If you kick a dog, you could get bit." (1:23:45)
