Recent news stories about allegations of Erie police excessive force

A video first aired on July 18 seems to have set a lot of significant things in motion. The video shows the violent arrest of Montrice Bolden outside an E. 12th Street Tavern, by four Erie police officers . Bolden, who is African-American, was seriously injured during the arrest.
