BLACK HISTORY

Meadville Ebony Genealogy of Sorts (December 10, 2022) presentation by Dr. Armendia Dixon on the history of Black people in Meadville (1800 - 20th century) she co-authored with Dedra Presser in 1988. The work is being revived. (Video, 30 min.)

Space cleared for Gannon's controversial Project Neptwne lab deal. Looking out the window you can see the Intermodal Center, owned by EMTA. The empty east end of Intermodal would be a great place for the lab, but would probably involve Gannon actually having to pay a fair price.
